Our client provides Foreign Exchange, Pawn Broking, Money Transfer and Cheque Cashing services. Currently trading from over 300 units throughout the UK, for the year ending July 2009, the company generated a turnover of £81.5 million per annum, creating a net profit of £21.7 million per annum.

The Requirement

Hynes & Co and Scott Frazer are seeking units on our client’s behalf across England, meeting the following requirements:

High Street Location:

Prime / Good Secondary locations.

Size: 700 – 1,500 sq ft.

Shopping Centres

1.Central mall locations: For bespoke pod kiosks.

The typical demise is 2.4m x 2.4m (electric & phone line required).

2.Promotional areas: For direct gold purchasing. (electric required)
