Location

The proposed site is located approximately 1.5 miles to the South of Manchester City Centre, on the borders of Rusholme and Fallowfield. The site occupies an extremely prominent position, being located near to the junction with A5103 and Claremont Road. The immediate area is dominated by residential. The redevelopment of the old Maine Road football stadium will create another 400 residences in the immediate vicinity which will further improve retail demand.

Description
